Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused,
unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval to ensure the item is in good condition.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via InstaPay transfer.
